Ch. Muhammad Tariq
I started my journey in the poultry industry with a strong passion for poultry farming and a particular focus on commercial layer production. Over the past two decades through continuous hard work, dedication, perseverance, and hands-on experience, I have successfully grown and developed my expertise in the poultry and layer sector.
From the early days of my career to where I stand today in 2026, I have gained extensive practical knowledge and valuable experience in commercial layer farming, poultry management, flock performance, and modern poultry production systems. This journey has been built on commitment, learning, and a constant pursuit of excellence.
Today, after more than two decades in the industry, I take pride in the experience, knowledge, and achievements I have gained and remain committed to contributing further to the growth and development of the poultry and layer industry.
Chief Sales Officer
Ch. Abdul Aziz
With over 30 years of experience in the poultry industry, I have developed extensive expertise in the sales and marketing of day-old layer chicks. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to understanding the needs of poultry farmers and providing them with quality layer chicks to support successful and profitable poultry farming.
My three decades of hands-on experience have given me in-depth knowledge of the commercial layer sector, chick sales, customer requirements, farm management, and poultry market dynamics. Over the years, I have built strong professional relationships with poultry farmers and industry partners through commitment, reliability, and practical industry knowledge.
My journey in the poultry business has been driven by passion, hard work, and a commitment to excellence. Today, I bring more than three decades of valuable experience specifically in day-old layer chick sales, with a strong understanding of the poultry and commercial layer industry.
Chief Finance Officer
Ch. Muhammad Zahid
I am an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with over 20 years of expertise in finance and financial management. I have worked with some of the most renowned companies, gaining extensive experience in corporate finance and business operations.
For the past 15 years, I have been associated with Chairman Group, contributing to its financial growth and development. My expertise includes financial planning, budgeting, cash-flow management, accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial reporting.
I have strong experience in cost control, risk management, internal controls, and strategic financial decision-making. Throughout my career, I have focused on improving financial efficiency, profitability, and sustainable business growth. My professional approach combines strong financial knowledge, analytical skills, leadership, and strategic thinking.
Chief of International Business & Strategic Partnerships
Muhammad Tahir
With more than 20 years of professional experience, I specialize in developing and managing international business relationships and strategic partnerships. I have extensive experience in international business development, cross-border negotiations, market expansion, and building long-term partnerships with leading companies worldwide.
My role involves identifying new international opportunities, establishing strong business networks, negotiating commercial agreements, and creating mutually beneficial partnerships.
I have worked closely with senior management and international stakeholders to drive business growth, strengthen market presence, and develop sustainable business opportunities across different countries and markets.
Head of PS Farms Operations
Dr. Uzair Ahsan Fiaz
I am a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M) graduate from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. I have extensive experience in poultry farm management and operations. I worked as a Master Trainer with USAID-DRDF and also served as Deputy Farm Manager (DFM) at Roomi Foods.
I also worked as a Farm Manager with Super Birds for five months and have been associated with Chairman Chicks for the past nine years. I have strong expertise in poultry production, flock management for parent stock, and farm operations, and have developed valuable leadership and technical management skills throughout my career.
I have gained practical experience working with leading organizations in the poultry sector and I am committed to professional excellence and the continuous improvement of PS farming practices.
Senior Sales Manager
Dr. Abdul Majid Qureshi
Over 25 years of valuable experience in the poultry industry, with extensive expertise in layer poultry, farm management, and sales.
Extensive industry knowledge and experience with leading poultry organizations will further strengthen company sales and technical support services.
Marketing Manager
Dr. Zafar Abbas
I am a qualified DVM and RVMP with more than 15 years of experience in the poultry industry. I have extensive expertise in the marketing and sales of day-old layer chicks and poultry feed.
With strong market knowledge, customer-focused approach, and industry experience contribute to building lasting business relationships and driving sustainable growth.
Manager of Hatchery Operations
Mr. Pervaiz Iqbal
With more than 20 years of professional experience in hatchery management and operations, I bring extensive expertise in the poultry industry. Experienced in managing day-to-day hatchery operations with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and productivity. Skilled in managing incubation, hatching, chick handling, grading, vaccination, and dispatch operations.
Strong knowledge of hatchery biosecurity, hygiene, sanitation, and disease prevention protocols. Experienced in monitoring hatchery performance, machine efficiency, hatchability, and chick quality. Proficient in team management, staff training, and maintaining smooth workflow throughout hatchery operations. Capable of identifying operational challenges and implementing effective solutions to improve performance.
Committed to maintaining high standards of chick quality and following international hatchery management practices. Experienced in coordinating with breeder farms, technical teams, and management to ensure consistent production. A dedicated and results-oriented Hatchery Manager focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and high-quality day-old chick production.
